Renegade Resale Consignor Agreement
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Merchandise will be priced and selected at RENEGADE RESALE’s discretion. We are highly selective based solely on our customers’ preferences, so please inspect your items very carefully beforehand. Any items found damaged after initial inspection will be sold at a discount or donated without further notice. Upon the sale of a consigned item, the Consignor will receive 40% of the final sales price, less tax and any fees. RENEGADE RESALE does not guarantee your items will sell whether expressed or implied. RENEGADE RESALE reserves the right to amend the Contract agreement at any time. CONSIGNMENT PERIOD: RENEGADE RESALE will consign your items for 60 days. It is the Consignor’s responsibility to know when your items expire and to notify Renegade Resale of the intent to reclaim them before the end of the consignment period by making phone contact with an associate of RENEGADE RESALE. A minimum of 24 hour notice is required for the return request with the items then being picked up within 3 days. If not picked up within the three day period set, the items are considered abandoned and unclaimed. Unsold & unclaimed items will become the sole property of RENEGADE RESALE. RENEGADE RESALE does not contact Consignor to notify them of account status. However, you may check your account online at any time @ renegaderesale.com. Items requested for return within 45 days of the consignment drop off date will be charged an early pull fee of $5 per item.
PRICING: RENEGADE RESALE has sole discretion to determine pricing on all items for maximum profitability. Any items that are price sensitive should be addressed with a RENEGADE RESALE associate at intake. Merchandise will be priced based on designer, condition, style & desirability. A buyer’s fee (handling fee) will be added to the price of each item to cover merchandise processing. This fee is passed on to the buyer and not split with Consignor. Occasionally RENEGADE RESALE will promote sales events & coupons to attract customers & move merchandise. Markdowns & discounts will be shared equally between RENEGADE RESALE & Consignor.
PAYMENT: RENEGADE RESALE store credit is always available immediately upon the sale of your merchandise and you receive a 10% bonus toward your purchases when you use store credit! Checks are written on demand with a $20 minimum. If there is no account activity after 3 months, there will be a $5 monthly inactivity fee charged until the balance is zero. There is a $35 stop payment and reissue fee for any check lost or stolen. It is the consignor’s responsibility to notify of any change of address. RENEGADE RESALE does not mail checks as a matter of course due to loss/theft potential.
AUTHENTICITY: Consignor attests to the authenticity of all consigned items and has not knowingly or otherwise requested the resale of counterfeit goods. RENEGADE RESALE has a zero tolerance policy on this matter. Should you attempt to consign “knock-off” designer items, your account will be revoked. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason whatsoever at RENEGADE RESALE’s sole discretion. I understand this policy.
LIABILITY: Consignor represents and warrants that he/she is at least 18 years old, the sole owner of the item(s) on consignment and the items are free of lien or other claims and saleable. Consignor will not hold RENEGADE RESALE responsible for any entitlement to them. We will do our best to protect your consignment, however all items are left in the store at your own risk. RENEGADE RESALE is not responsible for any loss or damage to items including damage caused by theft, fire, vandalism, natural disaster or any other unforeseen circumstances.
